 "It works well" 2009-07-26
By Brian Hilson
Wireless triggers can easily run well over $200. I've gone cheap a few times in the past and get burned about half the time. So I flipped a coin again and picked up this unit. And to be honest, it's made me very happy.

Simply put, it works.

The unit has a good feel, the dip switches are easy enough to access and inset enough to not get bumped accidentally. The button requires enough pressure to avoid any accidental clicks.

My only complaint is the receiver's auto-shutoff time. Sit idle long enough and it goes to sleep. The problem is that the exact amount of time seems to vary a bit. I've had nights when it went to sleep in less than 60 seconds, and other times when it seems to sit waiting and ready for nearly 20 minutes. But other than that, this is definitely worth the money.

"Works as described but needs quality refinement" 2009-07-06
By KC Mares (Reno, NV)
The product works as described. It would be nice if the buttons were of higher quality with some dust and moisture sealing, and the feel of them and the case is certainly cheap. Would also be nice if the pull out antennae of the transmitter was fully recessed so as not get caught on things. Also opening the battery tray of the receiver requires a screw driver when intended for a finger because the design has an attachment right where the finger needs to go. I also wish the use for bulb or other functions were a separate button or switch instead of the timed and sequence of the same button as that is hard to remember each time I need that to use that function. The fit of the cable connection to the camera is good (Nikon D700) and the product works as described quite well. No issues with operation, just wish the feel and use of the product were higher quality and also the product was smaller. But works fine.

"Not as professional as it appears" 2009-06-26
By Cpt Roland Jarvis (U.A.E.)
Right up front: This item arrived (on time) in a cheap Chinese laden flimsy box, something you would expect to find fireworks in. It arrived with a battery; however this battery had "NG" marked on it with a black sharpy and they were right, it was "No Good." I had to go out and buy a battery, CR2. Its construction is of thin plastic and resembles the workmanship of a Child's toy rather than photographic equipment. That said, it now works fine on my Nikon D700 with 105 mm 2.8 VR lens. It auto focuses and fires without any issues. I just get the impression it is quickly put together in a Hong Kong sweat house and its reliability may not be for any extended time. We shall see. So Far, so good. Cpt. Jarvis

 "Wireless shutter release" 2009-05-26
By R. R. Walter (Malibu, California)
Works as advertise. I have a Nikon D200 that I will use the shutter release on. I tested all of the features and the range and it worked perfectly. This is a bargain.

 "it works just fine" 2009-04-13
By Ayman Okasha (Dubai, UAE)
This is good wireless with great value for money.

I would say that the only concern that I have with it, is the feel that it is not original, but as a function; it really work well.
