I just received the wireless flash trigger today. Did some test shots and it worked brilliantly. I will do more extensive testing this weekend.
Simple directions for first time wireless trigger users:
*Camera Flash mode must be set to manual
*Flash (sb600/800/900) must also be set to manual mode
Also if you are in between shots and find that the flash does not fire I think it's because it goes into a standby mode. I simple press the test button on the transmitter and fire away.

I was looking for a wireless trigger like a pocket wizard, when I saw these little guys and I noticed the ratings...5 stars?? you kidding me??, not even the Pocket Wizards have that many so I said "why not?" after all it was just 30 bucks.
As soon as I received them, put a couple of AAA's and I was amazed by how they worked. Completely worth the 30 dollars. I really don't know how long they will last, even though they seem to be built in a very decent way, but if they last a year or more I'll buy some more and I'd be still saving lots of $$$.

Received this item very fast, and started playing with it instantly. It works great with my Canon 50D/430EX II combination...with a few limitations.
The good: Long range. I haven't miss fired. Work well with the little stand included with the 430EX II. Lightweight and small.
The limitations: No ETTL, so it must be adjusted manually or the flash will always fire at full power (easily overexposing photos). The autofocus light doesn't emit. One of the greatest things about the 430EX II is the low/no light focusing capabilities. Thus, you must have enough light to at least focus.
Overall, I like it, and will definitely use it to get some nice lighting effects.

POCKET WIZARS... I PREVIOUSLY OWNED THEM.. THEY WERE GREAT DONT GET ME WRONG.. BUT THESE WORK JUST AS GOOD AND DO EVERY TASK I DID WITH THE POCKETWIZARDS EXEPT THE RANGE BUT CMON NOW REALLY? UR GUNNA SHOT A PIC OVER 100 FEET? THATS A LITTLE REDICULIOUS I NEVER WENT OVER 60,80 FEET TOPS!! THESE WORK GREATTT GOT HERE FAST COME IN A LIL BOX ACUALLT IN UR MAILBOX! WITCH WAS GREAT AND I BOUGHT THIS SET AND 2 EXTRA RECIEVERS I HAVE THE VIVITAR 285 FLASHES I OWN 3 USE MAINLY 2 THESE THINGS WORK GREAT EVERY SINGLE TIME! AMAYZING PRODUCT!

Bought these about 2 weeks ago, shipping was fast and the items came in good condition a couple days later. I'm impatient when it comes to equipment. All in all I just want it to work without any hassle and thats what these triggers did for me from Cowboy Studio. Pulled them out, popped some AAA batteries in, attached it to my flash and POP, they worked. Yes I could have paid 10 times more or whatever for the TTL ones, but then again I'd rather have manual control most of the time anyways. If you buy them, I'm sure you'll find they work fine. Even if I were to break these it wouldn't really bother me since replacing them would be pretty easy and quick through Amazon.
