I like how the lense brings things closer. It's a little shaky & blurred at first, but other wise does good. I haven't tried all of the lenses yet, but all and all good product for the price.

I wasn't sure if this would work, but my images look good and I was able to get very close to my objects. If you can't afford an expensive macro lens, this is a great item to start experimenting with.

When you buy these lenses/filters, you need to understand that they are not of the same grade/quality as an extension tube. They function as advertised and I took some absolutely fabulous pictures with them - I mostly took photographs of the scales on butterfly wings (Using a 100mm true macro lens to get up close) - and I got the results that I expected. In good lighting, I got great results; in medium lighting, the lenses produce enough interference with the exposure that I got some weird results. But that should be expected by anyone who is going in that close with this equipment. I couldn't afford an extension tube so I bought these instead - and for the price, this is a fabulous product that I would recommend to anyone.

I just couldn't believe how well these close up filters worked for the very low price I paid for them. I wanted them for a specific project that didn't require the need for a dedicated Macro lens. Boy was I surprised at the quality of the photos I was getting from these filters.
I will always carry the Digital Concepts Filter Set with me during my outdoor travels as the portability is far better then carrying around a couple of dedicated macro lens and the photo quality was far superior to anything I had hoped for. I'm very pleased that I tried these filters and happy to add them to my bag of filters.
